On 17, August, 2015, Mr. Sin Viseth, director of Exploitation control and Conservation and vice project manager of the IWRM Tonle Sap Lake (Cambodia) and Songkhla lake (Thailand) and Mr. Saint Rola vice chief Planning nad Cooperation Office participate in the Joint workshop to discuss the logical framework of the Communication Outreach Tonle Sap Lake of Cambodia and Songkhla Lake Basin of Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand. This workshop participates by National coordinator, National consultation and the implementing of the project from both countries and facilitated by the MRC secretariats. The main purpose of the workshop is to review the project document and revise the Project Log-Frame with specific objectives as follows: (1) to review the project document by reading strategic frameworks of the project document start from objectives to outcomes and activities. (2) to discuss the possible change of the project document in terms of project objective, goal, outcomes and outputs. (3) to develop logical framework (LogFram) for project in terms of objectives, activities/interventions, objective verification, source and measure of verification, and assumptions. facilitated by the MRC secretariat.
