Participation in the Ceremony of Reopening of Class in Year 2014-2015

​In the morning of 1st November 2014, H.E Hell Tony, Secretary General of Tonlesap Authority, representing H.E Chan Yuttha, Inspector General and Chief of Cabinet of excellency Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, attended the Reopening of class Ceremony of 2014-2015 Academic Year at Kampong Os Secondary School in Kampong Os Commune, Ponhealeu District, Kandal Province, with the participation from representatives of the staff of Education, Youth and Sports of Ponnhealeu district, communal chiefs, teachers and parents and students. Kampong Os Commune has 4 primary schools and 1 secondary school, where there are a total of 46 teachers (25 lady teachers), 505 elementary students (290 ladies), and 105 high school students (60 ladies).
    After Mr. Norng Narong, Chief of Kompong Os Commune, had finished reading the messages from Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in the reopening Ceremony of 2014-2015 Academic Year, H.E Hell Tony stated to the students by emphasizing on three vital factors that lead to a success in study: students, teachers and parents.
    In this occasion, H.E donated 2 desktop computers, 2 printers, and scholarship allowance for the secondary students $ 25 / person / year to Kampong Os Primary School and took some requested into consideration.
