Observation in the Bidding on Fishing Lot in the Fishing Season 2015-2016 in Kandal Province and Phnom Penh
From 17-18 August 2015, Mr. Peam Sea, Deputy Director of the Department Exploitation Control and Conversation, participated as an observer in the bidding on fishing lot for fishery business in the fishing season 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 at Kandal municipal hall. In Kandal province, there are 21 lots in total, which were being bid for fishing business in this fishing season 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. Likewise, for Phnom Penh, there were 15 lots, which were being bid for fishing business in this fishing season 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 as well.
