Activities to Study about Conflict interest of Benefits sharing Between Relevant Stakeholders in Natural Resources Consumption in Tonle Sap Region with Sustainable

​From 23 -25 July 2015,  Mr. Yann Samrith, Director Department of Legislation and Extension of TSA led the Technical staffs conducted case study to understand about the conflicts of interest between stakeholders and users of natural resources in Tonle Sap area with sustainability in order to continue participate in promoting the implementation of laws and regulations in the management, conservation and development of natural resources and biodiversity in Tonle Sap and the related areas, especially to study the impact and the conflicts of interest extracting from natural resources and to follow-up the implementation of all letter regulations to resolve disputes that had occurred. During the study, the team met with local authorities, fishing communities, stockholders, and related institutions that located in Kampong Thom Province.​
