Excellency Lim Puy, Vice Chairman of Tonle Sap Authority, Led the Meeting of the Steung Sen Basin Integrated Water Resources Management Committee

On 15th June 2015, Steung Sen project team of Tonle Sap Authority and representatives of French International Office of Water, led by H.E Lim Puy, Vice Chairman of Tonle Sap Authority, hold the meeting to exchange information with the Steung Sen Basin management committee of Kampong Thom and Preah Vihear Provinces by discussing on the action plan, which will be implemented from 2015 to 2020. The meeting was held at Preah Vihear Municipality with the participation by H.E Sam Sophat, vice governor of Kampong Thom and Chairman of the committee, H.E Su Serey, Vice Governor of Preah Vihear and Vice Chairman of the Committee, and members of the committee in total of 65 persons. As a result, the meeting agreed on the principle of the action plan for joint implementation, as follows:
1. Healthy living
2. Socio-economic development
3. Water and forest resources protection
4. Procedures to strengthen water resources management.​
