H.E Khov Meas, Deputy Secretary General of Tonle Sap, to Attend a Public Forum at Banteay Meanchey Province

On  May 22, 2015, H.E Khov Meas, Deputy Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority and a member of the National Task Force of Banteay Meanchey Province, attended a public forum at Bottrong Commune, Mongkol Borei District, Banteay Meanchey Province, under the auspices of H.E Vong Sandap, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Vice Chairman of the National Task Force. The forum was attended by members of the district, village and national task force, council of advisors, Department of Agriculture, communal representatives and local people, in total of 450 families. After listening to the report presenting by the Chairman of the Communal Advisors, the Chairman of the meeting offered the floor to local people to address various challenges related particularly to agricultural techniques, vegetables and livestock. People's requests include: techniques of cultivation, lack of irrigation system, purified seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, mouse, rice price, and techniques of rearing livestock. The Chairman of the meeting accepted the requests and would report to provincial authority and further to H.E Chairman of the National Task Force.​
