Study Activities on Understanding the Sharing of the Conflicted Interests Between Stakeholders and Natural Resources Consumers Around Tonle Sap Lake

Since April 2 to 4 2015, Mr. Yan Samrith, Director of the Department of Legislation and Extension of TSA, with 2 officials, conducted a study to understand about the sharing of the conflicted interests between stakeholders and natural resources consumers around Tonle Sap Lake with sustainability in order to continue promoting the implementation of laws and regulations in managing, conserving and developing natural resources and biodiversity in Tonle Sap Lake region and its related areas, especially to explore the impacts of the conflicted interests on natural resources and to monitor the implementation of all the regulation letters of dispute resolution that had been occurred. During the study, the team met with local authorities (village / commune), the fishing community, local people and related institution, who were in Kampong Tralach District, Kampong Chhnang Province.​
