Training Program on Strengthening the Capacity of Administration and Financial Work (Budget Program)

In the morning of 30th March 2015, Mr. Hell Tony, Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority (TSA), high representative of H.E Lim Kean Hor, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, Chairman of TSA, presided over the opening ceremony of the Training Program on Strengthening the Capacity of Administration and Financial Work (Budget Program), which was held at the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology for a period of 3 days from 30th March 2015 to 01st April 2015. There were 32 participants, who were deputy secretary generals, advisors, deputy directors, directors of departments, chief of bureau of TSA and the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology. The main purposes of the course were (1) to increase officials' knowledge on administrative work, letter format and how to write administrative letter and roles; (2) to strengthen the officials’ capacity on finance (budget program) and budget program planning and (3) to raise the personal awareness for the benefit of their institutions,
