Attended the National Consultative Meeting on Review of MRC Procedures

On the 26th March 2015 Mr. Yan Samrith, Director Department Legislation and Extension of TSA attended the National Consultation Meeting prior to 2nd MRC Joint Platform to support the implementation of the MRC Procedures which organized by CNMC at PARADISE Hotel , Siem Reap Province by Excellency Te Navuth, Secretary General CNMC. The 25 participants are from National Technical Working Groups for each MRC Procedures, representative of relevant line agencies and CNMC Secretariat and MRCS.  The main objectives of National consultative meeting are:
1. To aware and understand well the concept & objective of the MRC Joint Platform
2. To discuss on lesson learnt from previous implementation of the MRC Procedures
3. To seek for national comments on pending issues, challenging and possible solutions for better implementation of the MRC Procedures
The result of the national consultative meeting will take contribute to discussion during the MRC joint platform in April 2015.
