Participation in the Training Course on Completing the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Forms
On 23rd March 2015, Mr. Saint Rola, Vice Chief of Office of Planning and Cooperation, attended the Training Course on Completing the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Forms, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology at Tonle Basak Restaurant II in Phnom Penh. The training was held in order to strengthen official capacity and to provide knowledge foundation when the Ministry of Economy and Finance requires in the future the completion of the planning form P (P1, P2, P3, P4) to determine the activities and programs, Monitoring form M (M1, M2, M3), which is a form of quarterly, annual and direct observation reports, and Evaluation Form E (E1, E2), which is a form to evaluate sub-programs and summary evaluation forms in order to prepare document for implementing budget programs and procedures for the establishment of a Budget Unit.
