Activities of Participation in the Workshop on Program Budgeting (PB) and Budget Entity (BE)

​In the duration of three days, from March 18th to 20th, 2015, Mr. Sar Kim San, Director of the Department of Administrative Planning and Cooperation of Tonle Sap Authority, attended the Workshop on Program Budgeting (PB) and Budget Entity (BE), organized by the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology in collaboration with ADB TA 0222-CAM under the auspices of H.E Chan Yuttha, Inspector General, Chairman of the Task Force on Public Financial Management Reform of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, at Bassac Resaturant II in Phnom Penh. The seminar was organized in order to solicit knowledge and experiences for implementing the Program Budgeting which will be launched by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2016.
