On the afternoon of 11th March 2015, Excellency Hell Tony, Secretary General of TSA and TSA expert’s Officer met Mr. SEKIJIMA Kenji, MoWRAM-JICA Adviser at the Secretariat General TSA to consultative on strengthen the cooperation between TSA-JICA for providing the JICA's Expert to assist TSA in improving the management, conservation and development of Tonle Sap region and related areas.
