Discussion Meeting on Aquatic Agriculture System (AAS) Project in Tonle Sap

In the cooperation and coordination principle to improve the management, conservation and development the Tonle Sap Lake and relevant areas, on March 06, 2015 Tonle Sap Authority expert's officers, led by Excellency Khov Meas Deputy Secretary General TSA, met consulted with researcher team of International Water Management Institute (IWMI), Dr. Dilini Abeygunawardane, to exchange the critical idea and experiences that focus on the verification of spatial planning tool in water resource management and mapping out agro-ecological system in the Cambodia (map development); particularly the Tonle Sap area. The team discussed on the main priority topics on poverty, Education, Access to difference livelihoods, Gender, Health, Safety, Social cohesion, Lack of Synergy between department/NGOs, Land ownership, Commercial, Mobility/road access, Power Relative, Migration and Conflict interest in Tonle Sap area.
