H.E Hel Tony, Secretary-General of Tonle Sap Authority, Member of the National Working Group of Ratanakiri Province, attended a public forum in Ratanakiri province on February 15th and 16th 2015 to converse with teachers, education officials, students, youth in the province and people in Lom Phat District and to discuss with businessmen and international investment companies in Ratanakiri Province in order to monitor and support the implementation of the political program and the Rectangular Strategy Phase 3 of the Royal Government of Cambodia.[ Unofficial Translation]
