The Participation in the Consultation Workshop on the Result Report on the Feasibility Study of the Clean Water Expansion Project in Siem Reap Province

On February 05th, 2015, Mr. Sin Viseth, Director Department of Exploitation Control and Conservation, attended the Consultation Workshop on the Result Report on the Feasibility Study of the Clean Water Expansion Project, which has a capacity of 15,000 Cubic Meters per day and discussed other related projects under the credit of Asia Development Bank (ADB) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Siem Reap Province. The meeting was presided over by H.E Ek Sunchan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Industry and Handicrafts with the participation of the representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Handicrafts, Tonle Sap Authority, local authorities, experts, and donors, in total of 17 persons. This meeting was to learn about the study result, consultation and comments from stakeholders by focusing on economic and technical efficiency and financial situation of the Water Supply Authority after the end of the project which Siem Reap Water Supply Authority had contracted with SAFEGE in order to study the feasibility of the project over time.[Unofficial Translation]​
