From 20th-25th October 2014 technical team of Tonle Sap Authorities let by Mr. Yan Samrith, Director Department Legislation and Extension, made The Research to finish the 1st Phase of 29th Activities on finding to understand law enforcement and disputes local related to management natural resources and environment around Tonel Sap Lake at Kampong Chnang province and Banteay Meanchey province. This phase 1 of this activity studies to collected information about level of citizen’s education local, community, non-government and who relevants in practicing law and disputes related to management natural resources and environment around Tonel Sap Lake. Team interviewed with Minister Institutions and fisher at Kompong Chnang and Banteymeanchey province.
