Study Tour and Share Experience on the Integrated Water Resources Management in France
It has invited from the France International water agency-Excellency Lim Puy, Vice Chairmen of the Tonle Sap Authority accompany by Excellency Khov Meas, Deputy Secretary General and Technical Staff of Tonle Sap Authority to study tour and share experience to the Intergrade water resources management in France from 11 to 27 September, 2014. The study tour has three representatives that come from Burkina Faso to join this program too.
Team also visited at factory, firm and stakeholder, especially, it controls on water resources such as: Extraction dirty water station that leave from home and city center, opening the trade to fed Oster and sparse on the beach area, Vendee Eau Centre that controls the clean water, water undergrounds station, control the system for agriculture sector, check CACG company in digging the tank to pump the water underground for serving to agriculture sector, studying the area that don’t have flow dirty water and tank filtration before water fall into the ground, check lift of the fish. Finally, team had a meeting with committee controlling water resources in France base on the law Loi Oudin-Santini that was made by Mr. Jacques OUDIN, member’s Parliament and Director’s committee national connection of emergency of international France water (President de la commission Cooperation International). Team continuous the meeting on Video Conference about Steoung Sen plan for second step that discussed on activities of priority and the aiding budget planning from emergency France international water, AFD and ADB
