The working team’s activities of studying about the type of fish based on their habitats in Tonlesap Area

​Since 15th  to 17th  September 2014, the technical team of Tonlesap Autority, which was led by Mr. Pon Vudy, Head of Biodiversity Office, Natural Resources Department, have conducted studied about fish based on their habitat in Tonlesap Lack in Kompong Chnnang, and Pursat Province. The purposes is to study about the type of fish that we have seen in specific area such as mangroves, streams, lakes, and rivers in order to understand about the development of each type of fish, its amount and its traffic in the areas mentioned above. Besides, the team has also figured out about the fishing in family size in those areas and focus mainly on the tool and type of fish caught in this period.
