The Meeting on Reviewing the Implementation of the Action Plan of Tonle Sap Authority

​Based on the report on the result of the Meeting on Monitoring, Evaluating and Updating the Implementation of the Action Plan of the Secretariat General of Tonle Sap Authority, held on 22nd August 2014, in the afternoon of 2nd September 2014, H.E. Chan Yuttha, Inspector General, Chief of Cabinet of Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology as a representative of H.E Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology and the chairman of Tonle Sap Authority, hosted a Meeting with the officials of Tonle Sap Authority as department and Office level to review the results of the implementation of the Tonle Sap Authority’s Action Plan.
After H.E Hel Tony, Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority, reported about the results of the implementation of the Action Plan within the past 6 months in 2014, H.E Chan Yuttha also provided advices and guidance for improving the implementation of the Action Plan of the departments to effectively succeed as planned for the next steps, including: (1). Re-check and verify the agreed points and challenges in implementing the Action Plan and clearly defining each indicator by taking into account the resources, time and money; (2). The four departments under the General Secretariat of Tonle Sap River had to prepare and submit reports of every activity implementation to the General Secretary for reviewing in order to prepare a detailed report and to discuss to seek better solutions; and (3). There had to thorough discussions among the department officials, bureau officials and the officials involved in preparing the Action Plan and dividing working responsibilities to implement the following year.
