Participated in the National Workshop on National Road Map Core River Basin Management Function Decentralization (CRBMFD)

​On 25th August 2014, Mr. Sor Kimsan, Director Department of Administration  Planning and Cooperation, and Mr. Yan Somrith, Director Department Legislation and Extension, of Tonle Sap Authority, attended the National Workshop on National Road Map of Core River Basin Management Function Decentralization _ CRBMFD, which will have consisted of 9 chapters till 2030. The workshop was conducted by the National Mekong River Committee at Phnom Pros Hotel in Kampong Cham province, with the participations from the members of the inter-ministerial technical working groups, such as MOWRAM, MAFF, MOE, MOP, MPWT, MIME, and NPC. The workshop was aimed to publicize the documents about Cambodia CRBMFD National Roadmap and to monitor and to analyze the update of the Action Plan (The package of the 1st activities: 6 activities) for 2012-2015. The participants obtained additional knowledge in implementing the National Roadmap in national level and clear understanding about the improvement of the existing facilitating mechanisms among national officials, the facilitation of core service decentralization, the national officials for facilitating programs, and regional facilitating officials.
