Based on the nominated by Excellency Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology and Chairman of Tonle Sap Authority, on August 15th  2014, H.E Hell Tony, Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority, attended the Meeting on One Window, which aimed to monitor and to discuss the 12 investment project proposals by Cambodian Development Council and was under the auspices of H.E Sun Chanthol, Senior Minister of the Ministry of Commerce and H.E Sok Chendasophea, Minister presented of the Prime Minister and Secretary General of Cambodian Development Council, with the participation from leaders and officials from related local and provincial ministries and institution
