H.E Sar Kimsan, Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority,Chairs a Meeting on Draft Rules of Procedure in the General Secretariat of the Tonle Sap Authority.

On the morning of Monday,February 17, 2025, H.E Sar Kimsan, Secretary General of the Tonle Sap Authority,High Representative, H.E Minister Thor Chetha, President of the Tonle Sap Authority, presided over the discussion meeting. On the draft internal regulations on the procedures for the implementation of work in the General Secretariat of the Tonle Sap Authority Headquarters Headquarters Headquarters Headquarters at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology. The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology,Mr. Advisor,Mr. Chairman-Deputy Chairman of the Department, Mr. Chairman-Deputy Chairman of the Office and officials under the supervision of the four departments of the General Secretariat of the Tonle Sap Authority.

Please be informed that this meeting aims to review and discuss additional recommendations on the internal regulations in order to strengthen the procedures for effective implementation,good governance and to promote discipline,ethics, internal unity, order and order. Dignity as well as determine the rights and obligations for harmonization,efficiency and sustainability of the Tonle Sap Authority.

It should be noted that the draft internal regulations on the procedures for the implementation of work in the General Secretariat of the Tonle Sap Authority (CHAS) is divided into 7 points,focusing on
1. Procedures for performing work.
2. Duties of civil servants.
3. Discipline and rights of civil servants.
4. Participation in the maintenance of property,savings and hygiene.
5. Prohibition and security,order and order.
6. Benefits.
7. Discipline of punishment for civil servants.
