On Tuesday 8th May, 2018 Mr. Sin Viseth, head of the department of exploitation control and conservation, the General Secretariat of the Tonlesap Authority has led some technical officials to participate in the regional Seminar held in Phnom Penh on the production arrangement of the video clip on the implementation of mixed water resource management plan for the cross bordered Mekong river.
