Research Activities on the agricultural production situation of farmers living around Tonlesap River

On Wednesday 25th April, 2018, some technical officials of the General Secretariat of the Tonlesap Authority led by H.E Meas Oeun, advisor to the Tonlesap Autority has conducted a field research on the
agricultural production situation, the use of fertilizer and pesticide in agriculture of the people living around Tonlesap- Serey Sorphorn and Preah Netpreah of Banteay Meanchey Province. The research aimed at:
-    Collecting data of the agricultural land
-    Identifying types of agricultural seeds, farming methods and techniques.  
-    Identifying agricultural fertilizer (name, sources, length of usage, and price, etc.)
-    Finding the agricultural toxins such as pesticide, treatment drugs, supplements and Herbicides (name, sources, active elements, length of use, price, etc.)
