Deputy General Director So Sophort leads a meeting to publicize the awareness of 2018 Financial Management Program

On 31st March, 2018, Deputy Secretary General H.E So Sophort, a respected representative of the Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, and also Chairman the Tonle Sap Authority has led a meeting publicizing the awareness of the 2018 Financial management program to department and office heads within the Authority. This publicizing program aims at improving public fund reforms and strengthening the efficiency and accountability of budget allocations and management. As the results, participants and trainees have learned and shared their experiences in their management of the 2018 budget, including:
1.The monitoring and yearly budget plan: budgeting plan concept and general budget planning procedure and context, procurement and non-procurement expenses.
2.Recommendation on budgeting process; and
3.Income and expense management through financial programming​
