General Secretariat H.E Hell Tony participates in the round table dialogue on Water Environmental Governance and Water Quality Monitoring Technical Solution in China

​Kungming, China: 21st- 24th March, 2018 General Secretariat H.E Hell Tony, representing the Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, and head of the Tonlesap Authority has attended the Langcang-Mekong round dialogue on Water Environmental governance and Water Quality Monitoring Technical Solution, answering the invitation handed by the Lancang-Mekong Environmental Cooperation Center (LMEC). Presenting in the meeting were representatives from specialized ministries of the six countries in the Lancang-Mekong Research Institute, enterprises, and international organizations, supporting the first ‘Lancang-Mekong Week’, which is under the mechanism and the ‘Green Langcang-Mekong Plan’, proposedly added in the Five Year Plan of Action on Langcang-Mekong Cooperation (2018-2022).​
