General Secretary H.E Hell Tony meets with UNESCO

21st February, 2018 General Secretary H.E Hell Tony, honorable representative of the Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology and Heads of the Tonlesap Authority has led some technical officials to join a meeting with senior UNESCO officials led by Ms. Anne Lemaistre, UNESCO representative based in Cambodia. The meeting is aimed at understanding the two institutions’ activities and goals in strengthening partnership cooperation in the management, conservation, and development of natural resources in the Tonlesap region, especially the maintenance of the wellbeing of the core Tonlesap sanctuary biosphere reserve. The meeting also helps strengthen the roles, responsibility, and efficiency of the work of the Tonlesap Authority in collaboration with relevant entities. ​
