Excellency Hell Tony to Attend the Meeting to Prepare the Project Proposal on Climate Change and Water Resources Governance in Cambodia

​At Kampot province, on 22-24 March 2016, H.E. Hell Tony, Secretary General of Tonle Sap Authority attended  the meeting to prepare the project proposal on "Climate Change and Water Resource Governance in Cambodia", organized by the Cambodia Development Research Institute (CDRI) under the support from the International Development Research Center of Canada (IDRC-Canada). Partners involved in the project were the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Tonle Sap Authority, Royal University of Phnom Penh, and the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, which had implemented since 2012 and completed in March 2016. This Meeting was organized to examine the possibility and the opportunity to seek funding sources, discuss, and provide suggestions to improve 3 concept articles and prepare a written proposal for fund raising.​
