On 11th March 2016, Mr. Sar Kimsan, Director Department of Administrative, Planning and Cooperation of TSA with accompany by the staffs attended the Launch the Principle Guideline of Implemented the Financial Management Manual 2016 and Budget Planning Program 2016 which organized by MOWARM at the auditorium of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, under the auspices of H.E Chan Yuttha, Inspector of MOWRAM.
