The Participation in the Consultation Workshop on the Preliminary Findings on Transnational Fisheries Management

In the morning of January 23, Mr. Sin Viseth, Director of the Department of Exploitation Control and Conservation, attended the Consultation Workshop on the Preliminary Findings on Transnational Fisheries Management of the Institute of Fisheries Research and Development of the Fisheries Administration under the auspices of H.E Watt BotKosal, Deputy Secretary General of CNMC. Composition of the participants were from Tonle Sap Authority, Royal University of Agriculture and related institutions.
The workshop was organized for the purposes of: (1) to review the file compiled with existing data, information and research in the project's targeted areas and (2) to determine the data, information, challenges and the lack of knowledge in the management of fisheries in Kratie and Stung Treng province.
